Refund policy

  1. We do not offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used, owing to hygiene reasons.
  2. Due to the nature of this product, we will accept returns or exchanges only for manufacturing defects of the product.
  3. Submission of an open-box video is compulsory for all claims involving missing items or manufacturing defects.
    The video must be continuous, unedited, and captured from the sealed package opening until all items are fully displayed.
    AI-generated, AI-assisted, edited, or manipulated videos are strictly not accepted as proof.
    Claims that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund under applicable policy guidelines.
    The company reserves the right to verify, validate, or reject any claim based on the authenticity of the submitted evidence . 
  4. Please note that the ‘Hair Towels’ are Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  5. Returns due to damage of the packaging or the gifting canister during transit will not be accepted.
  6. Returns must be claimed within 2 days after delivery of the product.
  7. You may be asked to share images of the product received to verify.
  8. Cost to return items to Doctor Safe Towel Factory Warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
  9. Please use only the original packaging while returning the product.
  10. You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
  11. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.
  12. Once the package is received in our warehouse and inspected by our team we will process your Return/Exchange, if the product qualifies for the same.
  13. We do not offer a full refund at any case. If your order is accepted for return, you will be eligible for replacement only.
  14. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
  15. Returns are not accepted on customized towels.

 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
