CareGuide : This towel is made with Banana fiber and the kerchief is made with aloevera fiber which is fragile in nature. Snagging and yarn breakage is a natural phenomenon. Absorption of the towel increases with every wash. Wash the towel separately before the first usage on a light cycle. Please refrain from using bleach, harsh detergents and fabric softeners whenever you wash your towel. Avoid contact with nails and sharp objects.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

If you're unavailable for delivery, we’ll hold your package safely and ensure it reaches you as soon as you’re ready to receive it.

- Cadence: Four deliveries per year (every ~90 days). First delivery ships immediately.
- Timeline: Orders dispatch in 1-4 business days; standard shipping times apply by location.
- Notifications: You’ll receive email/SMS updates for order confirmation, dispatch, and out-for-delivery.
- Address changes: Update your address at least 5 days before the next shipment to avoid delays.
The estimated delivery of your orders is tentative and purely depends on the delivery address, pincode and serviceability of courier partners. Refer terms &conditions
Return/Exchange
Unopened items: Accepted within 7 days of delivery; return must be sealed and in original packaging.
Opened/used items: Not eligible due to hygiene and safety standards.
Damaged/defective: We’ll replace contact us within 72 hours with photos and order details.
Wrong item received: We’ll arrange a quick replacement at no extra cost.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- We do not offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used, owing to hygiene reasons.
- Due to the nature of this product, we will accept returns or exchanges only for manufacturing defects of the product.
- Please note that the ‘Hair Towels’ are Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns due to damage of the packaging or the gifting canister during transit will not be accepted.
- Returns must be claimed within 2 days after delivery of the product.
- You may be asked to share images of the product received to verify.
- Cost to return items to Doctor Safe Towel Factory Warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please use only the original packaging while returning the product.
- You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
- We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.
- Once the package is received in our warehouse and inspected by our team we will process your Return/Exchange, if the product qualifies for the same.
- We do not offer a full refund at any case. If your order is accepted for return, you will be eligible for replacement only.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Returns are not accepted on customized towels.
