Made from plant-based banana fibers in a light 400 GSM terry weave, these towels absorb quickly without rubbing and dry fast between uses. Powered by SKIN SHIELD™ Technology, they stay fresher for longer by reducing harmful bacteria between washes, supporting clearer and calmer skin.
The His Towel (75 × 150 cm) provides full, comfortable coverage and a smooth post-shower drape. The Her Towel (70 × 140 cm) offers a lighter, easy-to-handle size perfect for daily routines, hair wrapping, or gentle facial care. Both towels maintain their softness wash after wash, keeping the experience calm and clean every day.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
- We do not offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used, owing to hygiene reasons.
- Due to the nature of this product, we will accept returns or exchanges only for manufacturing defects of the product.
- Please note that the ‘Hair Towels’ are Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Returns due to damage of the packaging or the gifting canister during transit will not be accepted.
- Returns must be claimed within 2 days after delivery of the product.
- You may be asked to share images of the product received to verify.
- Cost to return items to Doctor Safe Towel Factory Warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.
- Please use only the original packaging while returning the product.
- You may use the carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using a traceable and insured form of delivery. Please retain the tracking number for your records.
- We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. We recommend retaining a copy of the Return Authorization Form for your own records.
- Once the package is received in our warehouse and inspected by our team we will process your Return/Exchange, if the product qualifies for the same.
- We do not offer a full refund at any case. If your order is accepted for return, you will be eligible for replacement only.
